We will arrange shipment for you within 72 hours after your successful payment (Yuantong, Shunfeng and Debang by default), except for legal holidays. The actual arrival is subject to the local logistics.

Please be sure to confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing for delivery. If there is any shortage or shortage during the acceptance process, you can refuse and contact our customer service at the first time.

The products are operated by the company. The products have signed formal purchase and sales contracts. The products are queried with the host number and enjoy Dell’s three-year service. For the return and replacement of goods due to product quality problems, Jiaolong Cloud shall bear the freight, but the product test certificate provided by Dell’s official after-sales service is required; Because of the particularity of electronic products, when returning or exchanging goods, it is necessary to ensure that the outer packaging of the products is intact and the accessories are complete, without affecting the secondary sales; If the VAT invoice has been issued, the invoice (deduction form and invoice form) shall be returned

The following situations are not refundable:
1. If the outsourcing is damaged or missing accessories
2. Damage to the machine due to human reasons
3. Incompatible third-party software
4. Non-product quality problems such as appearance, color difference and configuration
